Day 7

It could not really be going any better. I do have to get up at 6 in the morning if I want to donate and get weighed in, and of course I do. I am really hoping to weigh in at 287 that way I win the bet I had with my fiance, and just because it is another 2 lbs. I need to make some more jerky but that will prolly happen on my next day off since I am going to be working late for the next couple of days.

    Hey man I know you mentioned you wouldn’t really have access to a gym but I figured I had better mention this while it’s fresh in my mind…

    IF you happen to use an elliptical machine for cardio/fat loss, try to bounce your torso as little as possible – meaning, keep your belly button from moving up and down a lot. The more you bounce, the more % of the overall work is being done by your calves and subsequently the less % is being done by your other muscle groups.

    Sure, the same # of calories are burned either way but you likely already have some beef-ass calves simply from carrying around your upper body all this time. You’ll tone a lot faster if you keep yourself at a steady elevation and let your trunk, the fronts of your thighs, and your arms do more of the work.

    If this tip doesn’t make sense, it might once you’re actually on an elliptical machine & give it a try 😉
