Day 1 ?

Who knows. I may as well start today. Not 100% prepared so I may end up not following 100% but 80% is better than nothing. First round of jerky is just about done and that will provide me with the snacks I need to not get hungry yet still remain on my diet. I must get more diet friendly snacks though I am sure I could eat homemade jerky for pretty much the rest of time and not get tired of it, variety is good and healthy.
