Day 1: This is the beginning.

Ok, did not think I would be writing a second entry today but the diet is taking its toll. Not having any carbohydrates today has definitely put me out of energy. By the end of the work day I could hardly lift my arms. But I still made it threw the day and the diet said this would happen the first few days. I know it did over 10 years ago when I was on it. Going to coast threw the rest of the day. Start the exercise after the down time like the diet suggest.
